Sessions are held physically at Grand Street Healing Project or Online Via Zoom. You will be lying down during the energy healing, so have a yoga mat or another comfortable surface ready to lie on.

What can I expect in a session:

The session opens with a consultation, exploring intentions. We will then flow into active breathing and grounding meditation. There is time at the end for sharing your integration.
