Each of us possesses an innate capacity to heal, and my role in our sessions is to support this natural process with care and presence.

I am attuned and professionally trained in various energy healing modalities and trauma-informed somatic practices. In our 1:1 sessions, the focus remains on connecting you back to your essence and, in this way, on witnessing your medicine resurface.

Through a compassionate approach, each session is uniquely designed to meet you where you are. Together, we move at a pace that feels right for you, resourcing you with grounding and integration practices to support you during and after each session.

Energy Work & Somatics are a nourishing stand-alone practice and also a supplemental ritual to support other healing work.

I wasn’t sure what to expect going into this session [Heart Tending Energy Healing] as I’ve been carrying a lot of grief after a traumatic loss and unstable housing situation. I felt that my group therapy wasn't giving me the support I needed. During our session, she guided me into a state of deep relaxation, and I was able to not only recognize the love that existed with me but also re-signify my loss. I booked a Reiki session with Renata because I’ve chronic back pain that nothing seemed to ease. After a friend recommended her, I decided to give Reiki a try. This was my first time receiving Reiki. During the session, I could actually feel warmth and gentle waves of energy moving along my spine, especially in the spots that are usually tight and sore. I could feel the energy waves of Reiki expanding on the tight spots in my back; I was surprised! I felt more balanced overall and felt its effects during the following days.

Rescheduling
Sessions may be rescheduled up to 48 hours in advance of your appointment without fault. You can do this by clicking the rescheduling link in your original confirmation e-mail. Sessions rescheduled within 48 hours of your appointment are subject to a 50% rescheduling fee. To reschedule a session within 48 hours of your appointment, please contact me here.

No-Shows
If you do not show up to your scheduled session within 15 minutes of the start of the appointment, your session will be considered a no-show. No-show appointments are non-refundable.
